Information We Collect

We collect information members provide when requesting membership, creating an account, adding garage vehicles, uploading vehicle photos or videos, updating market values and valuation history, horsepower, mileage, modifications, service history, using membership benefits, submitting community reports or blocks, and submitting concierge service or vehicle offer requests.

How We Use Information

We use this information to manage member accounts, maintain garage records, coordinate services, respond to offer requests, communicate with members, improve the app, and provide collection management support.

Storage and Service Providers

Member account, vehicle, photo, video, community safety, and service request information may be processed through service providers such as Supabase and Netlify so the website and member app can operate securely.

Optional AI Valuation

When a member chooses Ask ChatGPT, the app sends a draft valuation request using selected non-sensitive vehicle details, recorded values, and a broad Canadian location. The request excludes the member's identity, full address, full postal code, VIN, licence plate, and insurance details. The member can review the draft before submitting it as a chat to ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI under its own terms and privacy policy.

Member Choices

Members can update their profile information from Account settings. Members can also permanently delete their account from Account settings by choosing Delete Account and confirming the request. Account deletion cancels an active membership and removes the member profile, garage, photos, documents, bookings, and community activity. Completed transaction records may be retained by payment providers where required for financial, legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
